At this time, advanced deposit is only required on reservations for tours that include a third party attraction booking (i.e. tasting tours with pre-arranged menu) as those services need to be compensated in advance. The deposit requirements are noted in the tour description. All other tour bookings do not require a deposit and can be paid for in full on the day of the tour.
No, at this moment we don’t have such an opportunity. If you don’t want / cannot pay by cash, you can transfer the agreed sum prior to the tour. Please inform us about this in advance.
Of course, the sooner you book the better, to avoid a situation where all of our guides are booked or certain popular attractions are reserved for other clients. This is particularly applicable to our tasting tours. That said, always contact our team, even if you are arriving to Lithuania tomorrow – we’ll do our best and work together to come up with something right just for you.

We do understand that sometimes plans might change and unexpected might happen – therefore we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as anything unforeseen happens. If a deposit was made – a 100% refund is guaranteed, if the cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled tour date. If you cancel at least 5 days prior to the scheduled tour date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded, while no refund will be granted if a cancellation is made less than 5 days before the scheduled tour.
